1.1. TYPES AND DATES OF DELIVERY

Orders will be normally sent in one only shipment.

Occasionally, some items will be ready for shipment before others. In these cases, we will ask for your approval in order to send you those already available as quickly as possible. The rest of the items will be sent to you as soon as they are available. The shipment costs will be paid independently for each shipment.

You can check the time of delivery for each of the types of postage in our delivery timetable.

Delivery by urgent courier is made to the address of delivery and only during working hours. If there is nobody there to receive the package, the courier service will try a second time. In case there is still nobody there, the package will be returned.

1.2. POSTAGE COSTS

The

shipment costs of your order will always be calculated according to the address and type of delivery, and the weight of the package.

If you change the

type of shipment in the selection box of the purchase window, click the Recalculate button and you will see the different corresponding price. You will then be able to choose which selection better suits your interests.

If you choose the urgent courier modality with cash-on-delivery, you will be charged an additional cost of 450 Ptas. (2.7

Є) on the total cost of your order.

Note on postal charges:

If the order is being paid through cash-on-delivery, the recipient must pay the postal charges in the post office, which account for the

0,7% of the total price plus 1,29 € (215 ptas.). This amount does not appear in the order invoice since it is not charged by KOWASA ONLINE s.l. but by the Post Office.
